Delivery & Returns
Orders leave the studio in Sheffield UK on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed by 3pm will go that day, orders after 3pm will go the following posting day.

GIFT ORDERS! If you would like a gift or card sent directly to your loved ones, just pop your order through and add an order note in your cart. We'll hand write your message in the card or on a tag. You can also add gift wrapping here.
Placing an order is simple and secure. The postage prices are calculated by the weight and destination of your parcel. Orders over £35 automatically ship 1st class for FREE in the UK. You can check the postage cost for your order in the cart before checkout, just add your delivery details and the total postage will be calculated before you reach the payment stage.

WITHIN THE UK
Items ship by First Class as standard and this is free on orders over £35.
Express UK delivery is available prices start from £7.95 - please note - I only ship Tue/Fri at present so your express parcel will leave on one of these days depending on when you place your order. Orders placed after 3pm on a post day, will not go until the following post day. (i.e an order placed after 3 on Tuesday will leave on Friday and arrive with you on Monday)
EUROPE
Items ship by International Airmail [not tracked] as standard and take 7-12 working days.
PLEASE NOTE After 1st July 2021, orders with a value under €150 will incur import taxes to countries in the EU. These charges are different depending on your country and you should refer to the local authority for charges. Your local mail carrier may also charge an admin fee for collecting the taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over this so please check before ordering. If you choose not to pay the duties when your parcel arrives, we can refund the order price when the items arrive back to us but not the shipping costs or fees incurred.
REST OF THE WORLD
Items ship by International Airmail [not tracked] as standard and take 8-14 working days.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept both Paypal and all major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout.
WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?
Everything is sent to you from the desk of Mister Peebles and packed with care in solid board envelopes your parcel reaches you safe and sound.
Within the UK at present you should receive your order within 1-4 working days. Outside of the UK allow up to 20 working days, though many will arrive within 10. If you need something in the UK quickly you can choose express delivery on orders to arrive Monday to Friday but please note the current posting days are Mon/Thu only.
If your order hasn't shown up yet, let us know and we will get onto for you straight away. It may be worth checking with a neighbour or your local postal depot first.
RETURNS If there is any problem with your items or you'd like to return anything, you can do so by contacting us to arrange a return. We will refund any damaged items or if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your creatures. We will refund the sale price as soon as the items are received back. You will be responsible for any return postage costs to Sheffield UK.
