Delivery & Returns

Orders leave from our studio in Sheffield, UK on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed by 11am will go that day, orders after 11am will go the following posting day.

Placing an order is simple and secure. The postage prices are calculated by the weight and destination of your parcel. Orders over £35 automatically ship tracked 48 for free in the UK. You can check the postage cost for your order in the cart before checkout, just add your delivery details and the total postage will be calculated before you reach the payment stage.

GIFT ORDERS! If you would like a gift or card sent directly to your loved ones, just pop your order through and add an order note in your cart. We'll hand write your message in the card or on a tag and won't include any price information. You can also add gift wrapping here.

WITHIN THE UK

Items ship by First Class for single cards/small items and Tracked 48 for larger items and this is free on orders over £35.

You can upgrade to Tracked 24 to get items quicker - please note - we only ship three days per week so your express parcel will leave on one of these days depending on when you place your order.

EUROPE

Items ship by International Airmail with tracked or untracked options available and take 6-12 working days. Some will arrive sooner. Local taxes are sometimes charged on imported goods and the rules vary by country so please check charges before you order.

REST OF THE WORLD

Items ship by International Airmail with untracked or tracked options available and take 8-14 working days. This time can be longer at peak times of the year.

US CUSTOMERS - please note there are likely to be delays due to new duty regulations. Postage to the USA is now duty prepaid so prices are higher to cover the duty and handling fees. We have no control over these charges but will do everything we can to keep costs reasonable. if you have any questions use the live chat or contact page to reach out.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept both Paypal and all major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?
Everything is sent to you from the desk of Mister Peebles and packed with care in solid board envelopes your parcel reaches you safe and sound.

Within the UK at present you should receive your order within 1-4 working days. Outside of the UK allow up to 20 working days, though many will arrive within 10. If you need something in the UK quickly you can choose express delivery on orders to arrive Monday to Friday but please note posting days are Tue/Fri only.

If your order hasn't shown up yet, let us know and we will get onto for you straight away. It may be worth checking with a neighbour or your local postal depot first.

RETURNS

If there is any problem with your items or you'd like to return anything, you can do so by contacting us to arrange a return. We will refund any damaged items or if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your creatures. We will refund the price paid as soon as the items are received back. You will be responsible for any return postage costs to Sheffield, UK.
