Refund policy
If there is any problem with your items or you'd like to return anything, you can do so by contacting us to arrange a return. We will refund any damaged items or if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your creatures. We will refund the sale price as soon as the items are received back to the studio. We cannot refund postage cost on items where you have changed your mind and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You may request to cancel your order until it is sent for a full refund, your request can be processed via your order account.
